Services & Workforce

Vaid Construction provides construction and renovation services for both residential (domestic) and commercial clients. Skilled workers are sourced and coordinated on a project-by-project basis, depending on the specific requirements of each job.

All tradespeople engaged on a project will hold the appropriate qualifications, experience, and accreditations required for the work they undertake. Workforce selection is based on the scope, scale, and technical needs of each project.

Further details regarding responsibilities, scope of works, and service delivery are governed by the Terms & Conditions, which apply to all projects.

Pricing & Project Requirements

Pricing for all domestic and commercial projects is determined based on project-specific requirements, including (but not limited to) scope of work, materials, labour, duration, and site conditions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, quoted prices include the cost of materials necessary for the completion of the agreed works. Any variations, additional works, or changes requested by the client may result in additional costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

Vaid Construction’s liability is limited to the extent permitted under UK law and as set out in the Terms & Conditions.

In particular, Vaid Construction shall not be held liable for delays, defects, damages, or issues arising from:

Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client

Undisclosed pre-existing structural, site, or access conditions

Client-requested changes that alter the agreed scope of works

Issues caused by client actions, decisions, or omissions

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
